2. Job Description

  • Checks the system control panel O.W.S.
  • Check the performance of equipment parts in the control panel OWS.
  • Installation of the sensor ppm and check the performance oil content detector.
  • Check the performance of equipment.
    • Level control.
    • Solenoid valve
    • Pneumatic control valve
    • Pressure control
  • Commissioning test

If found the problem. his actions repair or replace a new

3. Action Taken 

Installation of the sensor ppm and check the performance oil content detector

  1. Installing ppm oil content detector sensors to panel.
  2. Check the performance and test with liquid.
  3. Setting point ppm alarm.

Result

  1. Oil content detector can detect fluid particles and gave the value of fluid particles.
  2. Alarm come according a given setting point ppm.
  3. Need installation of the valve 2 inlet , 1 outlet in ppm sensor , for samples and fresh water

Need to be calibrated or uncalibrated this decision of the owner

Checks the system control panel O.W.S.

  • Check the performance of equipment parts in the control panel OWS.
    • Selector switch for the power supply system o.w.s.
    • Condition without handle, need to be replaced.
    • Selector switch to system “off – auto” condition without handle, need to be replaced
  • Check the performance of equipment O.W.S
    • Level control. The system o.w.s there are two levels control low level & high level checking results: 2 level control unit is in good condition and functioning properly just need painting
    • Solenoid valve, solenoid for oil return in rusty condition and performance is less well and needs to be replaced
    • Pneumatic control valve. The system o.w.s there are two pneumatic valve. Pneumatic valve to oil return & pneumatic to water discharge checking results:
      • Pneumatic valve for oil return does not functioning properly solenoid valve for air pressure control in rusty condition and does not working pneumatic valve performance is good can action open – closse but pneumatic piston gaskets in performance is not good so keep leaking , needs to be replaced.
      • Pneumatic valve for water discharge does not functioning properly solenoid valve for air pressure control in rusty condition and does not working pneumatic valve is not working and piston can not move because the piston rusty condition , needs to be replaced

  • For electric motors need to check the performance.
  • Need to repair pipes for samples and fresh water.
  • OWS system is necessary air supply to pneumatic valve repair air supply pipe.
