Error Issue:

  1. Indications alarm sounds before the PPM meter showed a value of 15 PPM.
  2. Noisy pump motor.
  3. PPM meter detection results do not match.

Action Taken

  • Cleaning the glass tube detector.
  • Checking of water level.
  • Checking of Heater unit on Chamber.
  • Checking all automatic system, include solenoid valve for pneumatic control valve.

Solution Resulting:

  • PPM  Meter Testing has shown a corresponding value (standard 15 PPM).
  • Setting the alarm limits have been appropriate, results:

  • Motor noisy due to no water in the pump inlet. Testing the water sample.
  • All of the control system has been running as a standard, namely:
    • At a reading above 15 PPM, OWS output is returned to the beginning of the cleaning process. All settings are done by open and close the pneumatic valve.
    • Heating chamber worked well.
    • Water level detector works properly, the system ordered for running the pump motor when the water level in the low position. And stop the pump motor when the level in a high position.
